For Pre-Order Items:

The processing time for pre-ordered items is contingent upon the manufacturer's production schedule. Estimated processing times will be clearly indicated on the respective product page. Customers will be notified via email of any significant changes to these estimated timelines.

4. International Shipping Time and Methods

Typically, your order is expected to arrive within 7-14 working days after dispatch.

6. Customs Duties and Taxes

In US, products sold by Yotasy are priced exclusive of any customs duties, import taxes, or value-added taxes (VAT) that may be levied by the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We strongly advise customers to familiarize themselves with their country or region's tax regulations and import policies prior to placing an order.
